About Dina Horowitz

Dina Horowitz is currently studying photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology.  Growing up, she was always drawn to  Ansel Adams' black and white photographs of Yosemite and Degas' paintings and sketches of ballerinas. Her photographs are inspired by a combination of Adams' eye of capturing the grandeur of nature and Degas' depiction of movement in dance.  She enjoys experimenting, whether it be with perspective, depth of field or black and white film photography.
